Professional Summary
Stacey is the Vice President at Creative Services, Inc. (CSI). As a dedicated professional with more than a decade of leadership experience managing operations and client relationships in a fast-paced environment, Stacey is extremely passionate about attention to detail, accuracy and quality. She maintains an exceptional ability to organize, provide best in class service, and implement strategic process improvements. She is actively involved in industry associations including the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA). Stacey has a Master of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bridgewater State University. She also currently holds an Advanced Certification in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) by the PBSA.
Stacey joined CSI in 2000 as a Criminal Investigator and has since held positions of increasing responsibility. With more than 15 years of experience in background investigations, Stacey rejoined CSI in 2017 as the Special Projects Coordinator working closely with clients supporting special projects and programs. Her extensive knowledge of the industry and CSI makes her an invaluable asset in delivering best practices and solutions to our clients. Most recently, she was promoted to the Vice President of Operations.
