In the role of Account Manager, you are responsible for managing, developing and enhancing client relationships to ensure retention and client satisfaction with CSI’s key accounts. As an Account Manager, you will serve as a liaison between the client and our internal operational teams to improve the entire client experience. You will monitor key account activity and identify areas for improvement both internally and externally. An Account Manager will analyze account statistics, create and present Performance Review and Strategic Planning reports to clients. This role requires knowledge of CSI’s background investigation standard operating procedures and operational workflows.

In the role of Client Success Specialist, you will own operational, administrative, and client service-related tasks geared toward ensuring the client experience with CSI creates a lasting partnership. The primary responsibility of the Client Success Specialist is to ensure the customer’s/applicant’s satisfaction with their inquiries. As a Client Success Specialist, your job duties include answering inbound calls and emails from clients and applicants, follow up with management about issues that have not been resolved, and in some cases, provide tech support over the phone. Client Success Specialists will primarily oversee mid level and non key accounts. This role requires knowledge of CSI’s background investigation standard operating procedures and operational workflows.

In the role of Client Success and Implementation Analyst, you will own implementation and client service-related tasks geared toward ensuring the client experience with CSI creates a lasting partnership. The primary responsibilities of the Client Success and Implementation Analyst will include driving work related to internal and external custom reporting needs, statistical analysis, implementation of new clients, configuration of settings and systems workflow management. A Client Success and Implementation Analyst will assist with answering inbound client and applicant emails and calls as requested by management. As a Client Success and Implementation Analyst you will also become in expert in CSI’s statistical reporting platforms. In the role of Investigation Intake Specialist, your primary responsibility is entering and reviewing client order requests for background investigations in an industry-specific operating system. Upon entry or review of an order, you may be required to compare information in the operating system with other documents and determine what information should be added or removed. Additionally, you will be responsible to review your work for quality assurance. You will be required to learn, comprehend, and implement system and client-specific requirements based on account specifications, CSI’s standard operating procedures and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating with clients and applicants when additional information or clarification is necessary. Thus, you have an important role in communicating clearly, following up appropriately and maintaining satisfaction with clients and applicants.
