Professional Summary
Mike joined CSI in 2014 as an investigator and has served in a number of roles throughout the organization including operations, criminal department, international department, and currently holds the role of Client Success Manager. He is passionate about ensuring a positive client interaction with CSI and aims to ensure a long lasting partnership. Mike will work closely with implementation, operations, and business development to provide our clients a positive experience and constant communication.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Crime and Justice studies from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth along with a Law Enforcement Certificate. He also holds a Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Basic Certification by the Professional Background Screening Associate (PBSA).
