Lauren joined CSI in 2021 but has been in the background screening industry for over 14 years. She has previous experience within multiple areas including verifications, order creation, and drug testing. Lauren currently is the Operations Manager in Drug & Occupational Health with her main goals being to help with random administration, DOT regulations, pre-employment drug testing, and everything in between. She makes sure to work closely with clients and candidates, so their drug testing experience runs as smoothly as possible.
Lauren has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from University of Mount Union. In her free time, she loves to travel domestically and abroad with her friends and family.
