Danielle joined CSI in 2019 and brings over 14
years of experience to the Client Success team. Her industry knowledge spans
across all departments and workflows including Operations, Compliance,
Technology, Process Improvement and Project Management. Currently, she oversees
the Client Success and Implementation & Technology Divisions at CSI. By assessing each client’s
unique requirements and regulations, Danielle leads her teams with a client
centric approach to ensure a smooth and seamless transition to CSI. Account monitoring and support is provided by her team to both clients
and applicants to guarantee continued satisfaction.
