Professional Summary
Tonya joined CSI in 2019 and brings nearly 20 years of experience as a dedicated background screening professional. Her industry knowledge spans across many departments including public records research, international investigations, leadership, compliance, vendor management, process development and procedural implementation.
Tonya is the Operations Manager overseeing the International and Public Records Investigations Departments. Tonya works closely with staff and clients to ensure FCRA and client requirements are met involving public records research and international investigations.
Tonya is actively involved in several committees within the industry including the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA). She holds a Basic Certification in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) certified by the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA).
