Sean joined CSI in April 2016 as the Business Development Manager to manage and develop strategic partner and client relationships. Leading business development initiatives, Sean advances the company’s market position and drives financial growth. He works with the senior leadership team to define long-term strategic goals, build key relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and stay abreast of current market conditions.
Sean is a results-oriented sales leader with over 25 years of senior-level sales and relationship management experience with world-class organizations in the management consulting, private equity, banking and security industries. His diverse background combines domestic and international experience in leading the start-up and rapid growth of sales territories, developing innovative business and sales strategies and balancing sales skills with problem solving and solution delivery.
Sean earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Suffolk University. He is Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Certified by the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA) as well as a certified analyst in the Predictive Index® behavioral assessment suite.
