Creative Services, Inc. (CSI), a global, full-service background investigations and security consulting firm, has promoted Casey Bowdish to the position of Program Manager. In her new role, Casey will work closely with CSI Director and General Counsel, Jack Nichols, to manage comprehensive background investigations for state agencies and private entities involved in Marijuana Licensing Programs.
CSI provided comprehensive background investigations for the Massachusetts Department of Health’s (DPH) Registered Marijuana Dispensary Program and continues to provide expert service to the DPH during the inspection phase, as it moves toward final approval of Registered Marijuana Dispensary applications.
CSI President Alan Sklar commented, “Casey has worked tirelessly alongside Jack Nichols on the MA DPH matter and has been instrumental in positioning CSI as the preeminent service provider for background investigations within the medical marijuana dispensary and cultivation market. Concurrently, CSI announced that it hired William “Bill” Chouinard as Senior Director of Operations. In this role, Bill will oversee the day-to-day activities of the company, identifying and implementing best practices to ensure operational efficiency. Working closely with CSI’s executive management team, Bill will also develop strategies to enhance client service and will implement new directives for growth.
