Account Management
Our Account Management system was created to provide personalized customer service. Each client is assigned a dedicated Team Leader who ensures the timeliness and quality of each investigation. Each file is processed by a strategically structured team consisting of intake coordinators, data entry technicians, informational resource experts and verification specialists. The team leader acts as the focal point of customer service for each client, applying his or her knowledge of the client’s business to enhance responsiveness. Large accounts are assigned to dedicated teams servicing a handful of clients while smaller accounts are assigned to teams servicing specialized industries.
CSI can also provide a variety of Management Reports, generated at periodic intervals, to assist our clients in monitoring employee population, vendor performance, and budget.
