Account Management
Our Account Management system was created to provide personalized customer service. Each client is assigned a dedicated Team Leader who ensures the timeliness and quality of each investigation. Each file is processed by a strategically structured team consisting of intake coordinators, data entry technicians, informational resource experts and verification specialists. The team leader acts as the focal point of customer service for each client, applying his or her knowledge of the client’s business to enhance responsiveness. Large accounts are assigned to dedicated teams servicing a handful of clients while smaller accounts are assigned to teams servicing specialized industries.

CSI can also provide a variety of Management Reports, generated at periodic intervals, to assist our clients in monitoring employee population, vendor performance, and budget.

Request & Reporting
Requests for background investigations may be submitted and received by fax, email, our online ordering system, or via XML software integration.

Our commitment is to provide the most thorough and accurate information within the fastest turnaround time possible, with confidentiality and strict accordance with the law always a premium.

Our reporting format is uniquely designed to be concise yet informative, highlighted by an introductory "at-a-glance" executive summary which outlines each of the categories investigated and identifies their status. As part of our account activation procedures, all clients receive detailed client orientation documents explaining request and retrieval procedures and our reporting format and definitions.

Online Client Access Client Login
CSI’s website interface allows clients to securely request and receive background screening reports. The online ordering application has been streamlined to ensure a user-friendly format. The website interface also allows for management reports that can provide regional/district managers or a centralized corporate contact the ability to oversee all background screening activity.
